KASAUTI IQ

Privacy

KASAUTI IQ is a hiring tool. Companies use it to manage open positions, candidates and interview questions. This page explains what it stores and who can see it.

What We Store

For people who sign in: name, work email, role, company and sign-in times. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, never as typed.

For candidates: the details a company's team enters, such as name, contact details and résumé.

A record of changes: who did what and when, with the IP address of the request. It is kept so companies can review activity in their account.

Who Can See It

A company's data is visible only to that company's admins and recruiters, within the permissions their account allows. KASAUTI IQ administrators can see company and account details to approve companies and run the service.

Cookies

A cookie keeps you signed in. Scripts on the page can't read it, and it stops working when you sign out. Optional preference cookies remember your theme and sidebar, and you can turn them off in Cookie Settings. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
