What we do

Most of what a hiring decision rests on lives in one person's notes and memory. We built one place to test skills, record interviews and keep the evidence, so every candidate is judged the same way.

Who we serve: Companies hiring for technical roles, IT staffing firms that check candidates before sending them to a client, and larger teams that need roles, permissions and an audit trail.
What the platform does: Create a position from a job description, add candidates and match their résumés, send timed online tests, run recorded video interviews with a shared code editor, and collect every interviewer's feedback.
Where AI helps: It fills in a position from an uploaded job description, scores how well a résumé matches, suggests interview questions and drafts the interview report from the transcript.
What stays with people: The hiring decision. A person reviews and signs off every report, nothing rejects a candidate on its own, and an integrity signal is a moment to check, never proof.

Principles

The rules the product is built around.

Hiring affects people's lives. Each of these is a behaviour of the software, not a slogan.

People decide: AI drafts the report and suggests questions. A person reviews and edits the report, finalises it and makes the decision. A recommendation is suggested only when the evidence clearly supports one.
Evidence over impressions: Ratings in a report point to the candidate's own words and the time they said them. Interviewers give feedback on the same form, and the recording is there to check against.
Candidates treated fairly: Candidates are told what an interview records and checks, and agree before they join. Face checks run in their browser. A tab switch or a look away is a moment to check, never a verdict.
Each company sees its own data: Every request is checked on the server against the person's company and permissions. Recordings and files sit in private storage, opened through links that expire.
