How to read them
People switch tabs to check a message, look away to think and lose their camera to a bad connection. The signals point a reviewer to a moment; the reviewer decides what it means.
Online assessments
The result page shows a count of each signal, a timeline with the time of every event and the photos. Each signal below is recorded only if the assessment's settings turn it on.
A browser can't see a phone, a second computer or screenshots. Treat these counts as evidence to review, not proof.
Select a time to play the recording from that moment.
Video interviews
An interview can have full proctoring, which adds the face check, timed photos and a required screen share, or tab monitoring only. The candidate agrees to it before joining. The host sees alerts live; after the call, every signal has a time that plays the recording from that moment.
Signals belong to the company that ran the assessment or interview. Every request for them is checked on the server against the person's company and permissions.
